I was very comfortable to talk to Rob (there was no sales pressure) compared to other slaesman in many industries. He was very knowledgeable in the Honda product and was able to answer all my questions and more. Because of his very good customer service skills, I drove off with my 2012 Honda Civic EX 3 days later.
