I am impressed with the whole process. If the car cost more I would say not negotiating is unrealistic. What initially caught my attention was the car was priced lower here then anywhere else. I belived the price to be fair and the test drive process was so relaxing ... no sales person breathing down your neck pressuring you. You try cars till you find the one you want. There is no one set of keys being traded off for another ... you want three go see three... here's a plate. When you are done if you want to buy one great they take you into a room and tell you the final cost. If not, thanks for coming hope to see you again soon. No phone calls on your cell asking are you coming back in. Needless to say I bought the car first time out and picked it up a week later. All of the request I made for the car were done. They even washed and waxed the car for me. I recommend using this dealership and will recommend to everyone I know.
