Excellent service, best representative in unit. Because of his knowledge and professional attitude he advised me that i had an extended warranty and all that would be required is a small deductable. He also was able to provide me with the information i asked for about the part i needed an estimate the cost.
His service was made up for the very poor service i received from another representative when i went in the day before. I asked the same questions and was told i couldn'T get an estimate until the car was checked. I was not advised about the warranty and because of the poor service went somewhere else to get an estimate. I will only deal with John in the future.
