The entire process was easy and comfortable! There was NO sales pressure at all. I was fee to look at my own pace and I really appreciated that. When I wanted to take a car for a test drive, they handed over the keys and let me go!! Again, NO PRESSURE! When I came back and decided to buy the car they took me in to discuss the sale. I was paying full, and did not need financing, so the whole process was very quick and easy! Tom was the man that helped me, and I must point out that he focused his attention on ME, the one purchasing the car. I really appreciated that. I am a female, and often times if you have a male with you, as I did, people often speak to the man. Tom was very respectful and made sure he spoke to me! I really appreciate this, as it is extremely frustrating when I am looked over because of gender. Thank you Tom for that respect! I would highly recommend Haldimand Motors!! Very easy, no fuss, no pressure! Also, the prices for the cars are very reasonable. I got an amazing little car that I truly LOVE and it is worth every penny!!
