A very unpleasant experience.
I bought my Pilot in for radio problems...the wrong part was ordered twice. A big waste of my time and my wife's time who had to bring me there twice...we try to avoid using the shuttle at all cost because of our previous experience with it. I passed on going back a third time to get my radio display fixed...I'd rather go without it than have to go back to Palladino Honda.
