I am very happy with Aldens performance to date he even called me asking me to stop into the dealership to go over trucks options so I knew what they were and how to operate. I have a couple issues which Alden has set up for Tuesday august 11th-2015 to handle when I have my extra protection I purchased applied. I have dealt with SMP in previous said I would never go back but dealing with Alden I really believe I am going to have a more pleasant experience.
