Duane Bien-Aime
Duane was absolutely receptive and understanding of my personal situation. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He took the time to listen to what my needs and once he had all the information in hand, he went to bat for me. I ended up getting the best quality service possible, and from the get-go I knew that Duane was genuinely doing his best for me. And that's how it worked out. I went in late in the afternoon on a Wednesday looking to trade in my vehicle, and I came out on Friday with a vehicle that was above my expectations. And although I went in carrying a lot of stress and low confidence, I came out feeling like I'd just won the lottery. That would not have happened without Duane's compassion, empathy, and his willingness to go the extra mile for what I considered myself at the time - a low-end customer. I no longer feel that way.
