He was thorough, explained the cars features and descriptions in detail, as well as patient and attentive when either my wife or I had questions about all the cars we inquired about. When we finally made our decision, we were met by the business manager Ralph who very clear and concisely explained all our options and tailored all the financing as well as warranties to our needs. He was very patient and gave us the space for my wife and I to talk it over alone before making our decisions. We had a great experience with everyone in this dealership, are extremely satisfied with our car, and would definitely recommend this service to other people!
