Very poor service

I dread bringing my car to Myers Orleans Nissan service department. I am writing this after numerous instances of poor service from the service department at Myers Orleans Nissan. This department has many issues with getting things done right. This can be as simple as not calling back when promised, to more disingenuous actions, like suddenly "not having parts in stock" when it is shown that warranty will cover it. Last night, a shuttle driver randomly showed up at my house. When I informed him that this was probably a mistake, he refused to accept this and would not leave until I made it clear taht I would not longer discuss this. Today, my shuttle was scheduled, and did not show up. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that I did not request a shuttle. This place really has issues getting it right. I could name numerous instances where my problem was not fixed, and I have had to bring the vehicle back multiple times for the same issue. It seems that I am always provided great service when it comes with an $800 bill, but if it is warranty or a free service - this dealership treats it as an inconvenience. I do not plan on going back here after today, unless something is done to change my mind about this place. I have been going here for years due to local convenience. I've given them many chances, and it does not seem to get better. Beware !
