overwhelmed
Our service was good. There was lots going on, a lot of waiting. I get it, it was a busy place. Many time I mentioned to my husband that we should just go. For some reason I am not sure why, we stayed. I didn't appreciate the feeling of guilt when we didn't buy the extended warranty. But i am sure that is apart of the sales pitch. We have the new vehicle, so lets see how things go. Thanks Greg
