You make a wonderful product Toyota!! Hope it continues!
I sent an email to Toyota online a few weeks ago - not sure if it went to head office or where, but had to tell them how I've been a Toyota owner for 14 years and how the entire 14 years you've been genuine, kind, caring and I trust you. Before I owned a Toyota the vehicle I had was a piece of crap. It was in the garage every month - Chev and all they did was do unnecessary things on it. When the person at the service desk told me off because I asked them not to do their annual rad flush and then didn't fix the block heater problem I asked them to fix so ended up having to miss a day of work because I couldn't get there in the winter, I left them. Then had too many debts and felt I couldn't take on another. I should have checked out some of the Toyota cars maybe could have afforded them, but I waited until I payed my mortgage and that very month bought my beautiful, iced pearl Rav 4 in 2001. Toyota makes a fantastic product and I hope that never changes. I love my Toyota. The people who help me at Toyota have always been so great to me. When I first owned the Rav the engine light came on. By the time I drove in it was closing time and I said to the person I suppose you'll tell me what's wrong and I have to come back and he said no, we'll stay here until we solve the problem. So nice of them. And a few weeks ago when my battery died and I thought there was something wrong with the alternator they got me in that very day and always so very nice to me. So thank you. #1 is to be able to trust my vehicle and the people who service it and I do. Worth so much to have peace of mind.
