We found what we were looking for quite quickly; a 2010 Pontiac Vibe.
We have bought many vehicles over the years at Haldimand. Every vehicle came with two keys, so we didn't even think about asking if our latest purchase came with two. Surprise surprise--when we went to pick it up last Saturday and asked for the spare key, we were told there was none. If we wanted one now, we would have to pay extra for it. However, had we realized it last Saturday when we took it out for our test drive, we could have mentioned it at that time and one would have been made for us, no charge. It really left a bad taste in our mouth when we left, plus the gas tank had only 1/4
tank of gas left in it. That again was a surprise, as usually the tank is half full with a purchase.
Our suggestion for future sales would be let the customer know up front if there is only one key. And maybe fill the tank halfway for the customer...would be a nice gesture!
