Overall I was happy with my experience at Haldimand Motors. My family members bought cars there, and I was referred. I like that the staff is not pushy and give you the freedom to look at your own convenience. When I bought the car I did call about pick up and was told that the car would be ready the next day. When I called back, they told me it would not be ready for a few days. After I finally confirmed all of the details, I was told the day of pick up that my financing may not go through. Although I was very upset, the manager understood the situation and had everything worked out. Great customer service! I love my new car!
