I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner's son Nick, to draw up the papers for my 2010 Caravan and he was friendly, funny and completely transparent with any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured into buying anything but was given great information to make informed decisions on what I would possible like to add to my purchase (and I did end up taking the rust protection which seemed like a great deal with it's 10 yr. guarantee!!! When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was quick, efficient and pain-free! They had it pulled up to the front for me, put on the plates and it was ready to go! It wasn't until I went to pick up my van that I noticed their Christian work ethic sign behind the counter (don't know how I missed it the first time cuz it's HUGE!) and it just made me feel even better about purchasing from a like-minded company:) I would most definitely recommend them to any of my friends and would go back myself anytime I need a new vehicle as the prices couldn't be beat and the service was most excellent and I hope that this company can truly turn the reputation of used car salesmen around to be positive instead of so negative.
