Good afternoon Mr. Lohnes. I do apologize for the wait in the service department. Unfortunately it did take some time to repair the wire for the speaker. For customer service we did not charge you for the labour. I did look into the oil change and we did use a synthetic oil but only charged you the rate for a regular oil change. We do appreciate you business and look forward to doing business with you in the future.
