Frustrating
I found the experience frustrating. I found I was calling for info. My car was unable to be located. When it came to financing I was told all was fine then on a weekend had to scramble to get information. I was eventually given a loaner that I am not sure should have been on the road. Once I finally took possession of the car I went on a road trip and had to stop because it was overheating. Coolant was almost empty. I currently have an appt at my own mechanics to have the tires balanced as they beging to wobble at 120km. I am also getting the brakes checked as they are squeaking and having the exhaust checked. I would never recommend Race Auto Group to anyone. That said Dawn Harvey was as helpful as she could be.
