Not satisfied and convince on the purchase and after sales

Tanner promise us about the WIFI upgrade since it is a 2014 model, but until now we haven't got a reply from them. Car that was sold to us have some issue (bad odor/burning plastic smell) when sold to us and was not disclosed by the Sales guy. But thanks to the Service Department, they are still on the process on monitoring the problem and solving it. This is the first time that we are not satisfied on the car purchase.
