Engine failed (and needs replacement) 300kms after service and oil change at Nurse - Nurse did not offer to investigate the problem unless we paid $1,000. They offered an estimate of $6,200 to replace the engine. Nurse did allow us to keep the vehicle there while we investigated our options. We chose to tow the vehicle to another service company to find out more details about the problem as they were more reasonable and understanding of our situation.
