Timothy made the experience of purchasing my 2016 Kia Sorento easy, pleasant and not stressful. He didn't hound me every day with phone calls. That is the main reason I chose Stratford Kia. The only thing I would have liked, phone call wise, was an update as to when my roof rails would be in.
