He is very similar to the many staff members that we employ at Ontario Motor Sales, they all work hard to provide a positive customer experience. We wouldn't have survived 93 years in this very competitive GM town if we didn't all approach our customers with this goal in mind. In this particular case (similar with all of our Certified Pre-owned vehicles) your GMC went through the regular CPO inspection and met the requirements to reach CPO standards which are far more strict than a typical safety inspection. We would have been happy to review the tires with you on your vehicle, but you took them to another dealership and had them replaced before informing us of the problem. We have not had an opportunity to review any of the issues you've experienced with your Terrain.
