Had a concern about a safety feature, no response from anyone at dealership

The lane watch in my '14 civic, unreasonably lags when I turn my right signal on. I sent a an email with included video to someone at the dealership months ago. Have heard nothing back. This is a safety feature I paid extra for and I feel is not working properly. No one has responded and it has been months. Not good customer service as far as I'm concerned.
