Nothing wrong but nothing exceptional
Service has always treated us well, much like a 3 or 4 star hotel. A more personalized experience, an improved proactive approach to service (tell me more about my car that I know myself, nobody wants a suprise) and an actual car wash (been there many many times but never once had our car washed) would be deserving of a 5 star rating.
