Was surprised to find multiple items requiring attention and one not being actioned.
Service advisor was good in trying to provide explanation and reasonable cost of repairs, I am disappointed as you mention that tell others if service good, and tel, you if not. I responded in an email to the inbox as prescribed never to receive any acknowledgement or response. I still find the practice of removing coils from an existing good car to test on mine a peculiar practice, and I had labeled and replaced a few coils but tech didn't want to test another way each coil of pulling and observing change in engine response, I ended up paying for complete set of coils instead of a few. Was identified engine problem with ignition that car would shut down but never corrected or costed for repair. I have driven the car and runs ok but have had TCS light come on and engine shutting down due to the ignition switch.
