During a scheduled service appointment it was noted that a part needed to be changed out under warrenty. The part would only be in the following day. Another appointment was made for the following day. Our vehicle was not taken in at the start of the day as was set up for. Carolyn appologized for the mix up and arranged for us to have a car to contiue with our days affairs and come back later to pick up our pilot.
