Great experience!
I went in for a recall and left very satisfied with the above and beyond customer service i experienced.
I will be honest I was aprhensive to go to the dealership, as I had indicator light on and only wanted what was absolutely necessary done. They cleared the persistant indicator light for me at No Charge! Thank you!
I was also in and out of the shop under the time estimated. I browsed the exceptional show room while I waited. Super nice!
I can proudly say when I am ready to purchase my second Honda I look forward to speaking with Matt Dumontelle again who I spoke with breifly about new and used CRVs.
Good job Palladino Honda I have had a great experience and nothing poor to say about your quality of service all round. I will be returning!
