We found Matt to be very friendly. We had an idea what we were looking for and I feel that Matt respected our choice and didn't try to push something else on us. I can't get over how fast everything was done once we decided to buy. Probably the only part of the experience and almost turned us off of the sale was the Admin fee, then the tire Warranty, then... Not sure that I wouldn't want those fees rolled up into the price... Really tire warranty that I can't refuse? But in the end we really liked the car and we are really happy with the purchase.
