We visited your site twice in the past week,as we have always bought our used cars from Haldimand, with good service,good prices and good trade-ins. When we walked in both my husband and I remarked that the place had changed.We test drove 2 cars before we saw a Tiguan ,so test drove it and loved it.We saw a sales rep and asked what he would offer us as a trade-in on our 2013 Chrysler 200 which we purchased from you in Feb.2014.We were not happy with the trade-in offer,would have hoped for a little more, so we left. The salesman was polite and understanding. My husband looked on your web site again and saw the Mitsubishi ,so we went back to Cayuga again to test drive it. I didnt like it as much as the Tiguan so decided to try our trade-in again. The sales rep who we dealt with this time (Oct 29) came into the open office area and started to berate us loudly in a rude obnoxious manner because we had already dealt with a rep a few days earlier! He continued yelling in front of your staff and other customers.We were astounded and embarrased at his rude childish behaviour.As a result of his boorish behaviour we walked out with a determination never to come back again after many years of dealing with your company.
