We picked up our truck on Friday. It was suppose to have a trailer hitch put on by Pauls trailers, it wasn't done, we had to take it to Pauls ourselves.( a bit of a problem in that we are not from the area) Pauls trailers was great to deal with and our hitch was installed by Sat. We had asked about a second key, we had been told by the salesman he would look into for us. We forgot to ask Rob about the second key so went back on Sat. to ask, the young man behind the desk was very short with us about the key and that 2 keys were never given out at a sale. We also noticed a small scratch on the passenger's door, the paint wasn't quite right, we were told that was the best that could be done, I don't believe that
