Our experience buying a 2015 HYUNDAI Elantra from Tran was most pleasant. Tran was very animated and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the question that we had. He was very respectful of our need to step aside and discuss certain aspects of the purchase and we were never made to feel that we were being pressured. This is really commendable especially in an industry that is typically very commission based. A friend of mine purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Tran some weeks later based on our feedback and recommendation. I think that speaks for itself.
