I was very pleased to work with a sales representative that has high customer service standards.
We were treated with the utmost respect. The professionalism and friendliness that we were greeted with by all staff was equal to our experience on a previous occasion that resulted in a purchase from this dealership. It was this previous experience that prompted us to return to this dealership and in fact, to the same salesperson. Brad Mullen has sold us two vehicles now, and we are as delighted with our new 2015 Encore as we were with our 2009 Vibe.
