We purchased a 2016 Boxster. We had arrived at the dealership with the intention of only taking a Porsche for a drive and then going to the Audi and Jaguar dealers. However...first, without batting an eye or insisting that one of the Porsche people must go with me on the test drive, we were told to go ahead, take your time and enjoy the experience. My wife and I had never experienced that type of service at any other dealership before. (And we've been buying vehicles for many, many years) Anyways, to make a long story short, we never made it to any of the other dealerships that day. It was the quickest vehicle purchase we've ever made. We were treated with so much professionalism, that the whole experience was one we will never forget. Nobody was pushy with us and everything was thoroughly explained to us. When we came back in a few days to pick up our new vehicle, while we were in the dealership to finalize and sign papers, etc, our new vehicle was brought around to the front, our plates were switched from our trade-in onto the Boxster. A lot of time was spent going thru all the controls and explaining everything to us. A few weeks later, we still hadn't received our survey or Porsche Club information, so I emailed Chris Willis and he emailed me back from his vacation to let me know he would find out what was going on and he held true to his word. All and all.....best car buying experience ever!
