I owned a car that my Dad bought used when I was a teenager and through college. Buying a new vehicle in my 30s was a totally new experience. Word of mouth brought me to Nurse and honestly, Terri was a perfect match to service my sales request. She listened to my story and what I was looking for and when I had questions she was quick to provide answers and was considerate about getting them for me when she didn't know. (I understand she is new to Chev from Mini) Her own background with automobiles and her Dad felt very genuine to me which was nice as this was beyond just buying a truck.
