It was a challenge to get answers from the team at KIA
Kia did not cancel my previous car payments so I had to pay for 2 car payments after I traded in my car. Then when I emailed them to ask why, no one ever got back to me.
Also, when doing the paperwork for my new purchase, I was not given answers to my questions. The whole process was frustrating. I am a happy with my purchase and the staff are friendly but when it came down to business they were a challenge to deal with.
