Friendly but not pushy
Having done this many times before, I was pleasantly surprised with how we were treated. Considering that we had just "dropped in" and hadn't planned to look at Nissan at all, we were treated courteously without the usual sales pitch, that tends to turn me away. Like I stated above, Yves was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy in any way.
