Experience was good. there was a bottleneck at arrival time, but the staff were doing everything they could to assist the custom

My last purchase from SMP was heavily influenced by two factors. Kelly Johnson (husband of co-worker) and Doug Dyck. I dealt with Doug when he was at Sherwood Chev as my previous vehicle was purchased from there. I have been satisfied with all of my dealings with Doug, both at SMP and previously at Sherwood. On July 15, Doug recognized me, addressed me by name, said he would be with me in a moment and to have a seat at his station. He dealt with my service needs in a quick and professional manner.
