Years ago, my business partner told me that Haldimand Motors was the best dealership around. I guess I was too young then to take advice but recently, when I was in the market for a new vehicle, very positive comments about this dealership kept popping up during my internet research. So, my wife and I took a trip from Woodstock to test drive a couple of vehicles that we had seen on their website listings..All of their vehicles are listed with descriptions. I am not sure how their way of doing business evolved but it is genius!! Courteous from the moment you walk in the door, knowledgeable, no pressure..obvious that everyone here works together for a common goal..pleasing the customer..a novel approach for a car dealership..We liked both of the vehicles that we drove but did have to choose one and the transaction and arrangements were handled efficiently and any questions addressed. No buyer's regret here! Serviced and certified and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle that we purchased; a 2011 Ford Fusion. The price was excellent. We will travel pretty far to return to Haldimand Motors anytime that we are purchasing a vehicle.
