I just purchased a used 2012 Buick Regal GS from your dealership on December 31st. The whole experience was great. I came out from Whitby on December 28th, which was a long drive but the car appeared to be an exceptional value. I asked for the keys for a test drive and I was not cornered by a salesperson or felt any presure of any kind. Test drove the vehicle in a snowstorm and I fell in love with it. I asked the front desk for a opportunity to inspect the vehicle in a sheltered place given the poor weather and they provided a spot. Was very happy with the car but wanted to sleep on it. Called back the following morning and I said that I would purchase the vehicle after a couple minor concerns were looked after. The salesperson then proceeded to tell me that the price had been lowered an additional $500. THIS WAS AFTER I SAID I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE CAR!! The car was to be ready the following week. I got a call a few days later and the car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. I picked up the car on New Year's Eve and I am extremely happy with it and the car buying experience I had.
