I met Duane through my wife who had purchased a vehicle from him several months prior. When I decided to lease a new vehicle it was similiar to returning to meet with an old friend. We enjoyed catching up on everyday events and when the topic turned to the leasing of a vehicle Duane was informative about the Nissan products, incentives, options and financing. He explained relative topics in a concise, friendly manner with no pressure. We examined the Rogue which I eventually leased and Duane explained the various features..I will definately contact Duane again at the conclusion of my two year lease. Great person, great experience.
