well although not all the parts were replaced by the warranty that we felt should have been We were pleased with what was. Had to contact after car was picked up as it was left a mess. Took the car back in and it was cleaned up. So other than that everyone was quite pleasant to deal with. The heavy coat of work shop dust and grease finger prints should have been dealt with before we got the call that the car was ready. Avoiding an extra trip and extra days without the car. Communication from beginning to end was good…the last call about the state of the car was disappointing as the rep became a little argumentative.
