Very accommodating once the issue was understood and the guys were very understanding
My tire pressure monitor system was failing. It took a while for the service department to understand that it was not just a resetting of the settings. Once they understood there was a defect in the system, they were very helpful. They kept me updated on the status and then when it was done, they gave me my car back in a better condition then I left it. The courtesy car was very appreciated and the boys were great. One lady there seemed to struggle with helping me and I don't think she knows how to communicate effectively in stressful situations.
