My experience was very deciptful
Upon buying my Jetta the paperwork was for a price that we hadn't negotiated and I made them fix it ,the running light was out, gas cap wouldn't lock and was supposed to receive summer tires. They fixed running light and gas cap for free. I have emailed my salesman a couple of times regarding the tires, winter or summer as I had to purchase both sets already with no response. My running light is out again , my ecu is acting up and my particulate filter is clogged. My dad recommended getting a deseil Jetta as he swears by them and I didn't expect to have much go wrong but wasn't I wrong. Upon doing an oil Change I noticed the oil pan cover has only 2 of 12 screws as well as shredded to the point of Swiss cheese. I emailed my sales man and was told to go to junk yard for replacement part. I will never buy another Volkswagen again not will I recommend it to anyone else .
