Unhappy with service.
Less than two months ago I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL from your lot. Only to find after my first oil change (3000km before my sticker suggested I might add) that my service inspection was done very poorly if it had even been completed at all. Not only did my oil light come on 1000km after I purchased the vehicle (which would lead one to assume an oil change wasn't completed at all), I was informed by a mechanic my vehicle had next to no transmission fluid, my window washer fluid pump and fuse were not working, my air filter needed to be replaced, and my windshield was not sealed properly (inside my vehicle sounds like a wind turbine on the highway). I am completely unhappy with the lack of professionalism displayed with my purchase. This is my second purchase from your lot, and if ever again I desire a vehicle in the near future I could certainly guarantee I would expect poor service.
