I apologize that your experience wasn't great on your preview day. This week has been crazy with three consecutive snowstorms, and our team has been working around the clock to offer a great auction this Saturday. I have dug in to your complaint and like many cases, there is always the other side of the story (my grandfather says some times there are three sides to the story!) That being said , I hate when potential bidders leave unhappy. As you can see from the other reviews, I am always willing to discuss auction business with people (its my favourite topic!) and unfortunately I just received your phone message this morning as I was out of town chasing more excellent consignors when you left it. Its unfortunate you took to the internet before we had a chance to speak. Sometimes a good conversation eliminates a ton of misunderstandings.
