Experience was excellent until I had an issue with my car a week after and now the dealer was hands off.
Working with Jimmy was excellent. We appreciated his knowlwdge and great customer service while looking for and prcasing the vehicle we bought. We were told to give him a call if there were any problems and when we did, we were advised there is nothing they can do. The request was simply that the seatbelt on driver side seem to not workcorrect, but instead of suggesting we bring it in for them to take a look, we were advised, their mechanic can not fix this. Due to that, it really dissheartens me and that is why we chose to not purchase our nxt vehicle there. Instead we wenr to a nother dealer, VW for our SUV and the choics was between the Honda and VW. We really liked Jimmy and Amanda, but follow thru with supportas not acceptable.
