No after sales help.

I purchased a Honda mid nov 2015 and being from Manitoba a front licence place holder is required. After many conversations with the sales person and one with the sales manager,who both assured me that they would ship the required parts. On Jan 11 i was notified the parts were ordered.? I expressed my frustation with the delay and it is now Feb 3 2016 and I have not received the parts nor do I expect to.

Hi Jason, Thank you for your reply. We do apologize for any inconvenience. I know we have tried to send a third front license plate bracket to you. I also know you spoke to Merv and it could’ve been we didn’t have your complete address.
