I booked an appointment at 9 am for a recall on the door sticker. It is now 11:30 and I'm still waiting

Hello Megan & Darren, I am very sorry for your experience (I believe you two are talking about the same circumstance). It was unfortunate that our overhead door had broken down while your vehicle was in our shop. The reason some vehicles went in and out after you was that they were not trapped inside. Unfortunately we were unable to fix the door ourselves and needed to call someone in. I can see why you are frustrated(we were frustrated too!) but this by no means is the norm at Sherwood Honda. This is a flaw with our shop that we have only one door in and out but we have since taken precautions to ensure that this does not happen again, Regards, Quinn Kary General Manager
