I was treated courteously and effiecently.
I was given clear explanations and time frames for all procedures as well as prices for each,Paul was very thorough in his explanations and very patient when I asked questions. I was told where the customer waiting area was and the amount of time it should take for the appointment as I was having a little more done than I was booked for.The free coffee was nice but having to go to get the change for the machine was annoying as last time you didn't have to bother the receptionist for change it was set to give you your cup without the hassle of change.Sitting in the waiting area was pleasant as i knew on the the clients waiting for her vehicle and i also had a little chat with one of the courtesy drivers I have known for many years.The work was completed in the specified time and i was treated well in the service department[paying area].
