Friends have told us of other GM / chev place / places where client has to wait HOURS through lunch after having to spend money on traveling for servicing their vehicle... and this for call backs that amount to nothing. Yet the client ends up with fuel and lunch expenses. We haven't had that sort of experience with SMP and we let these people know.
