Dylan understands great service but he needs to manage his team better to ensure they provide great customer service.
I have purchased three vehicles from Team Foui over the past 6 years and while the first two purchases were excellent, there was a a significant drop in service on my last vehicle. I felt dismissed and ignored when I requested follow up after the purchase of my vehicle and I think next time I am car shopping I will look at other dealerships. Unforunately the result of Dylan passing us to members of his team. I belive Dylan still provides great services but is too busy to take the time to look after his clients.
