Overall in-between 4 and 5 star service.
Everything has been going well. One tad point of improvement upon agreement for the lease of the civic, there were also 2 free oil changes included. At the time of my appointment of the my first oil change, I had mentioned to the receptionist about the 2 free passes and I was told they had not been recorded and were non-existent. It took about an extra hour to get this all determined. In the long run, the first worked out, but when I bring the civic in for my next oil change, I am hoping the 2nd is still on file as a comp. change. One last thing over potential improvement would be a 1 month follow up, specifically to see if there were questions on the technology or features of the car. There were a good amount of things that I had to learn or re-learn after the 5 minute prompt on first taking possession of the car.
Overall good experience, and I really enjoy my civic and the plan Dylan had laid out for us with option of upgrading after 3 years.
